Q. How do I order lunch for my child?

A. The Lunch Box menu for the up-coming month will be posted on our website.
Simply click on the "ORDER ON-LINE" button on your left to start the ordering process. You will select the participating school that your child attends and order from the selections posted for that school.

Q. How often do I have to order?

A. You will place orders once a month for the upcoming month.
You can order lunch for every day that your school provides the Program or you can just select the days that are convenient to your needs.

Q. Is it safe to order on-line?

A. LunchBox uses safe and secure on-line transactions with Time2, Inc.

Time2, Inc. knows data confidentiality, security and integrity are three of your highest concerns with Internet usage. They take many precautions to ensure your information is safe and secure.

The Time2 on-line commerce system uses Thawte (a subsidy of Verisign) Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates, an industry-standard encryption technology which encrypts all organization and participant data transmitted over the web. This highly advanced technology prevents unauthorized people from reading the data that you or your participants send over the web. Time2 also encrypts passwords and credit card numbers in the Time2 password protected database. Credit card numbers are stored for the ease of use for returning participants

Q. How will I know what days are available for my school?

A. Check the website on the second week of each month to find the available days for your school in the up-coming month.

Q. In case of inclement weather, is Lunch Box canceled?

A. Only if your school is closed> will the Lunch Box Program be canceled and rescheduled to another day.
The rescheduled day will be posted on our website.

Q. Do we use peanut oil to cook our products?

A. No. We do not use any peanut oil when cooking, however, some of the desserts that we carry may contain traces of peanut oil in their ingredients.

Q. What should I do if my child is allergic to certain foods?

A. Please let us know in advance if your child is allergic to any food ingredients and we will provide you with a list of foods that will be safe for your child.
